Delhi Congress president Devender Yadav asked the Election Commission of India (ECI) to give details about the voters to the BLA-2 as the poll panel revealed that 33 per cent of the forms had not been submitted. Yadav alleged that at the behest of the BJP, the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of ECI did not distribute the SIR forms in unauthorised colonies, villages and JJ Clusters.
